It's definitely Wolseley - grille shape at top with badge inside grille, and the arrowed side trim/colour split. Separating 15/60 and 16/60 in this view is difficult - the over-rider position is only real clue - 15/60 they were more central, 16/60 moved outwards. So 16/60 here. |
